Implants

A dental implant is the best solution to replace a missing tooth. This solution is the most solid, aesthetic, and natural, comparable to a real tooth in all aspects: both functionally and aesthetically.

Implant treatments are performed in 2 stages:

1. During the 1st stay, the placement of the implants (implantation) is done. We work with many implant brands, offering implants from Turkish brands, European brands (Swiss, German), and South Korean brands. If the patient wishes to have a specific brand of implant, it is always possible. The implant brands that our clinic constantly works with are: Venus (Turkey), Opus (Turkey), Megigma (Germany), Megagene (South Korea), Bego (Germany), Astra (Sweden), Nobel Biocare (Switzerland), Straumann (Switzerland). We only work with quality implants made of Grade 5 titanium. The implants are completely biocompatible and anti-allergenic. We always provide the patient with an implant passport at the end of the surgery. It is necessary to wait 3-6 months after the placement of the implants before the 2nd stage of treatment.

2. After the healing period, when the implants are well integrated into the jawbone, we proceed with the prosthetic treatment, where crowns or dentures are placed on the implants.

It is not necessary to place an individual implant for each missing tooth if there are several missing teeth located next to each other. For example, it is sufficient to place 2 implants with a 3-unit crown bridge afterward if there are 3 missing teeth, or for example, 3 implants with a 5-unit crown bridge to replace 5 adjacent missing teeth.

To replace all the teeth in the jaw (full jaw when there are no more teeth), 6 or 7 implants are placed with crown bridges afterward (12-14 crowns/teeth).
